This year's Cask Strength Bourbon offers a new spin on the annual release by introducing a Tawny Port Wine finish blended with the traditional Ruby Port Wine knish. The robust oak and toffee notes from the bourbon harmonize with the hallmark Ruby Part character, while Tawny Port adds a nutty, caramelized fruit quality that bridges the two flavors. Using the Solera Method, Master Distiller Owen Martin and the Production team implemented a continuous aging process that ensures consistent favor, resulting in a bourbon of extraordinary depth.
